Student Lodging: Students who reside 20 miles from the GVSU Campus are expected to commute and should choose "Conference Only" at registration.
Nonlocal students should select 'Conference with Lodging' on the registration form to request a shared room (double occupancy) at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown. Student requests for rooms will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis until either March 5 or the MICWIC room block is full, whichever comes first. A roommate preference may be indicated on the registration form—while we will attempt to satisfy roommate requests, we cannot guarantee that all can be satisfied. All rooms in the MICWIC room block have two double beds.
Lodging for all Others: Non-student participants who require lodging can request a room at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by selecting ‘yes’ to the question “Do you want to make a housing request?” on the registration form. MICWIC has a negotiated rate of $152 (taxes not included) for Friday March 29. Breakfast is included in the room rate. This rate is available until either March 12 or the room block fills up, whichever comes first. Your credit card will be taken at checkout, but it will not be charged for lodging at time of registration. The Holiday Inn will be given guest names and credit card information in batches and you will pay for your room at time of check in. All rooms in the MICWIC room block have two double beds.

All attendees are encouraged to upload a current resume to go into the MICWIC Resume Database. We also recommend that you bring paper copies for the career fair.
Upload your resume (in pdf format) to EasyChair under "New Submission". Use "Resume" as the title and abstract, and your name as the author.
In addition to filling the registration form, anyone under 18 years old on March 29, 2019 will be emailed a consent form and a media release. These must be signed by a legal guardian and sent by email or regular mail to arrive by March 25, 2019.

Cancellations requested before 11:59 PM EST, March 15, 2019, are refundable, subject to a $10 USD handling fee for students or a $35 USD handling fee for others. Cancellations requested afterward are not refundable.
