Lodging for MICWIC 2017 will mainly take place at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center:

Located on the Michigan State University campus, Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center exemplifies the Michigan State University mantra of "DOSE" (Delivering Outstanding Spartan Experiences). It features ample, comfortable amenities, contemporary guestrooms, casual upscale dining, and a professional staff comprised largely of MSU's The School of Hospitality Business students striving to create and maintain the perfect hospitality experience.

Amenities include:

• Free parking for guests.
• Complimentary high speed internet in guest rooms.
• Complimentary Wireless access in Lobbies, Restaurant, and Lounge.
• Flat screen televisions with premium cable in guest rooms.
• Shuttle service to Lansing's Capital Region International Airport (7:00am to 10:30 pm).

NOTE: Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center is a smoke-free facility.

Students who reside within 30 miles of the MSU campus are expected to commute, and should select 'Conference only' at registration.

Nonlocal students may select 'Conference with Lodging' at registration to request a shared room (double occupancy) in the MICWIC room block. A roommate preference may also be indicated--while we will attempt to satisfy roommate requests, we cannot guarantee that all can be satisfied. Requests for shared rooms will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis until either March 1 or the MICWIC room block is full, whichever comes first. After March 1, rooms left in the MICWIC room block, if any, will be opened to participants on the KC waitlist.

Any MICWIC participant may contact Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center directly to reserve a room outside of the MICWIC room block at the negotiated rate of $108 per night for the nights of March 30 and March 31 (rate does not include taxes). This reduced rate is available until either March 1 or Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center fills up, whichever comes first. To receive the MICWIC rate, call reservations and indicate that you are attending MICWIC 2017.

Local students and participants who cannot reserve a room at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center due to lack of availability may fill the form here to be placed on the KC waitlist. In this case, you will be notified on or before March 1 whether there is space for you in the room block; if so, you will have 24 hours in which to respond to keep the room.
